Deputy Secretary-General Chairs the Celebratory Painting Competition

On September 24, 2013, Mr. Manoon Mookpradit, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, chaired the Painting Competition, titled “Imagination and Inspiration from Rice”, organized by the Thai Rice Foundation under Royal Patronage to celebrate the 85th birthday anniversary of His Majesty the King.
