MOU Signing Ceremony for an Academic Collaboration and Vocational Education Development Project between the Chaipattana Foundation and the Office of Vocational Education Commission

On January 31, 2014, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, together with Dr. Akanit Klungsang and Mr. Wanit Uamsri, Deputy Secretary-Generals of the Office of Vocational Education Commission (VEC), presided over the MOU signing ceremony for an academic collaboration and vocational education development project between the Chaipattana Foundation and the Office of Vocational Education Commission.

The Chaipattana Foundation’s Ban Mueat Ae Land Development Project in Khon Kaen province is assigned as a pilot project for this collaboration which aims to establish a community learning center to support research and lesson planning by teachers and academic personnel as well as disseminate knowledge to the local communities in accordance with the Foundation and the VEC’s objectives and plans.
