MOU Signing Ceremony on Academic Cooperation: Environmental Management according to the Royal Initiative between the Chaipattana Foundation and the Faculty of Environment, Kasetsart University

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, Honorary President and Executive Chairperson of the Chaipattana Foundation granted a permission to the Chaipattana Foundation to cooperate with the Faculty of Environment, Kasetsart University, in setting up academic cooperation on environmental management according to the royal initiative. The objectives are to promote, support and develop knowledge in environmental management by means of natural methods based on the royal initiative. By implementing this kind of management, the environment and natural resources can be revived in a sustainable manner.

On 19 November 2021, at 10.00, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Member and Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, Mr. Chongrak Wachrinrat, President of Kasetsart University and Asst. Prof. Dr. Surat Bualert, Dean of the Faculty of Environment, Kasetsart University, joined in the signing ceremony at the Office of the Chaipattana Foundation. By this, Mr. Kasem Chankaew, Privy Councillor and Director of King’s Royally Initiated Laem Pak Bia Environmental Research and Development Project (LERD), witnessed in the Ceremony.
