Press Conference of “Victory through Development” Project
On 22 April 2024, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Member and Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation and Major General Bhuchapong Pongsiri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Sustainable Research and Development, presided over the press conference of “Victory through Development” at 3rd floor Meeting Room, the office of the Chaipattana Foundation.
Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn granted an initiation to the Chaipattana Foundation to collaborate with the Foundation for Sustainable Research and Development to produce the public relation media for the Chaipattana Foundation under the theme “Victory through Development”. The National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission are the sponsor in producing the media, consisting of 2 parts i.e. documentary films and the application of “Victory through Development”.
There are 66 episodes (25 minutes/episode) in the documentary film “Victory through Development”. Each episode features His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great’s development approaches for local to adopt and adapt in their own contexts for better living condition.
The first episode was broadcasted on Saturday 4 May 2024 and the rest will be broadcasted every Saturday and Sunday on National Broadcasting Services of Thailand in 9 channels as below:

The application of “Victory through Development” features the theories and working principles of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great including the royal initiative projects. The contents in the application are divided into 4 parts:
- Story of Learning: podcasts 30 stories of people who received great opportunities
- Story of Sustainability: presents the products from PatPat, the products from development projects of the Chaipattana Foundation
- Story of the Father’s of the Nation: presents the story of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great’s working principles
- Story to “Victory through Development”: features 66 episodes (25 minutes and 3 minutes long) documentary films “Victory through Development”
The stories of the Chaipattana Foundation will also be featured together with the donation methods to support the Chaipattana Foundation.
