The Secretary-General Visits Projects of the Chaipattana Foundation Saraburi and Lopburi Provinces

 

On August 18, 2012, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, went to Chakrabandh Pensiri Center for Plant Development in Saraburi province to inspect the project’s operation and to receive a tractor and diesel engine from Mr. Werachai Wipatavit, Executive Vice President of Siam Kubota Corporation.

 

 

Mr. Sumet continued to visit the Flood Recovery Project in Lopburi province to inspect the project’s operation, which Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn authorized Chakrabandh Pensiri Center for Plant Development to establish the project with the purpose to strengthen the flood-affected communities to be prepared for possible natural disasters in the future.

 

 

Later, Mr. Sumet visited the Royal Rice Seeds Production Project, which Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn authorized Chakrabandh Pensiri Center for Plant Development to produce rice seeds for flood victims and also granted her permission to construct the silo for rice seed storage at Chakrabandh Pensiri Center for Plant Development in Saraburi province.
