The Launch of Royally-granted recipe “Chaipat Camellia Oil Dressing” available at Thai Catering

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted the name of salad dressing which contains the PatPat Camellia tea seed oil from the Chaipattana Foundation. Her Royal Highness then graciously bestowed the name of this new salad dressing as "Chaipat Camellia Oil Dressing".

On 25 March 2021, at 9.30, Dr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, Air Chief Marshal Chaiyapruk Didyasarin, Chairman of the Thai Airway International Rehabilitation Plan, and Mr. Chansin Treenuchakorn, Acting Director of Thai Airways International, presided over the opening ceremony of royally-granted salad dressing, named “Chaipat Camellia Oil Dressing”, from the Chaipat Camellia Oil Dressing to Thai Catering. The ceremony was organized at the Royal Orchid Dining Experience, 2nd floor, Building 2, Thai Airways Head Office, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Bangkok.
