Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn granted an initiation to the Chaipattana Foundation to compile the recipes created by Thanpuying Prasarnsuk Tantivejkul, mother of Mr.Sumet Tantivejkul, with an objective to preserve the authentic Thai culinary recipes, which is considered a cultural heritage having been passed down for a long period of time. Nowadays, the authentic Thai recipes have been modified a lot over time, and the original recipes tend to be lost. Her Royal Highness, then, granted an initiative to compile all the recipes and graciously named the book “Royal Cookbook”.

There are 4 books in a set consisting of:

Book 1: Side dishes

Book 2: Hot and Spicy Curry

Book 3: Noodle dishes
