On 20 September 2024, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Member and Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, along with Ms. Bhakamol Rattaseri, Member and Deputy Treasurer of the Chaipattana Foundation, attended the press conference for the launch of the book “Royal Thai Tasty Diary” in collaboration with Royal Osha Restaurant. Royal Osha created ten special dishes created by Thanpuying Prasarnsuk Tantivejkul. The 10 special dishes from the “Royal Thai Tasty Diary” were crafted by Chef Vichit Mukura, the Michelin-starred chef from Royal Osha. Each dish reflects Thai culture and creativity, following the recipes of Thanpuying Prasarnsuk Tantivejkul, the head of the royal Thai cuisine at Chitralada Palace during the reign of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great.
