Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on "Collaboration in the Production and Distribution of Plant Seeds"

On 25 October 2024, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Member and Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, and Mr. Chaiyot Samritkul, Director of First Organic Seeds Co., Ltd., participated in the signing of a memorandum of understanding on "Collaboration in the Production and Distribution of Plant Seeds" between the Chaipattana Foundation and First Organic Seeds Co., Ltd. at the Chaipattana Foundation Office, Bangkok.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted royal permission for the Chaipattana Foundation, through the Chakrabandhu Pensiri Center for Plant Development, to collaborate with First Organic Seeds Co., Ltd. in the production and distribution of 19 types of organic vegetable seeds registered under the name of the Chaipattana Foundation. The production process employs modern and efficient methods to ensure high-quality seeds suitable for further planting, significantly benefiting farmers in the organic farming sector. Maejo University established First Organic Seeds Co., Ltd. exclusively for the production and distribution of organic seeds and related organic agricultural products.
