Kathina Robe Offering Ceremony at Si Uthumphon Temple, Nakhon Sawan Province

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously bestowed the Royal Kathina Robe upon the Chaipattana Foundation to be presented at Si Uthumphon Temple, Nong Krat Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nakhon Sawan Province. On 10 November 2024, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Member and Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, presided over the Kathina Robe Offering Ceremony at Si Uthumphon Temple.

Si Uthumphon Temple, originally known as Wang Duea Temple, was established in 1942 by Phra Kru Choi Chantasuwanno, a revered monk and developer often referred to as the “Deity of Pak Nam Pho.” Phra Kru Choi” has managed the temple since the beginning. In 2003, he graciously offered a land covering an area of 589 rai, 3 ngan, and 32 square wah, adjacent to Wat Si Uthumphon, to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for use in activities of the Chaipattana Foundation.
