“Happy Bag” Presentation Ceremony to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn through “Chaipattana Covid-19 Aid Fund (and Other Pandemics)”

 NPW 2837

On 24 June 2021, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, received “Tung Palang Chai” (Happy Bags) from the Foundation for Good Governance on Medicine. The ceremony took place at Meeting Room 101, Office of the Chaipattana Foundation, Bangkok.

The Foundation for Good Governance on Medicine and students in Certificate Course of the Foundation for Good Governance on Medicine for senior executive class 8 and 9 joined hand to create “Happy Bag”, containing the dry food and essential supplies. These bags will be thereafter presented to medical personnel who are quarantined and those who perform duties in field hospitals, for example Busarakham Field Hospital in Bangkok, Ministry of Public Health Field Hospital in Samut Sakhon, Chiang Mai, Saraburi, Phetchaburi, etc. The 2,000 bags were presented to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn through  “Chaipattana Covid-19 Aid Fund (and Other Pandemics)”.

At the same time, Her Royal Highness also graciously drew a picture on behalf of the Chaipattana Foundation and the “Chaipattana Covid-19 Aid Fund (and Other Pandemics)” to encourage medical personnel during the hard time of Covid-19 outbreak with the message saying that “Chaipattana always supports medical personnel. Thank you.” The royally-granted picture will be distributed together with “Happy Bag” to medical personnel. Her Royal Highness has a great concern over the great dedication of medical personnel and the Chaipattana Foundation will join force in fighting this outbreak.
